MY APPROACH

From California to Texas, I have made a new start too

I lived in Los Angeles for 21 years and began working in California real estate in 2010. In 2021, my family and I moved to Dallas. After obtaining my Texas real estate license in 2022, I began focusing on serving DFW. This California-to-Texas move helped me understand a transaction from more than a REALTOR®’s perspective: I also understand the questions that come with leaving familiar surroundings and choosing a new city and community. As a father of two sons, I know that choosing a home involves more than square footage and price. It shapes everyday life, time, responsibilities, and the future.

My Christian faith is not a marketing label. It guides how I live and work: facing problems honestly, doing my best, keeping my commitments, and placing my clients’ interests ahead of a transaction. You do not need to share my faith to see the importance I place on integrity and responsibility in each explanation, detail, and decision. I believe good service means helping you understand your options fully so you can make a decision you feel comfortable taking responsibility for.

HOW I WORK

Starting with listening, bringing clarity to each next step

01
Listen first
Start with your life, goals, and concerns.
02
Clarify your needs
Distinguish wants from needs and establish your priorities.
03
Explain risks and options
Discuss benefits, drawbacks, costs, and alternatives openly.
04
Offer professional judgment
Raise concerns when needed and speak plainly when an option is clearly unsuitable.
05
Respect your decision
No pressure, and no putting a closing ahead of your interests.
06
Support your next step
Follow through on execution and coordination, with continued support after closing.
